ku44 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the ku44 website accessible at ku44.io, including all pages, sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, account functionality, and any associated mobile-optimised interface.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has created a registered account on the ku44 platform or who accesses any part of the platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ku44 platform, comprising login credentials, ৳BDT wallet balance, transaction history, and all associated settings.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the in-platform ৳BDT credit balance associated with a Player's Account, representing funds deposited and not yet withdrawn or wagered, plus any unredeemed bonus funds where applicable.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any placement of real-money ৳BDT funds on an outcome in the sports betting lobby, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other gaming product available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ku44 to a Player under specific promotional terms, subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms as communicated at the time of issuance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that ku44 requires Players to complete before processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operational time zone of the ku44 platform for all support services, promotional schedules, and operational communications.

By registering an account on ku44, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.

• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from the ku44 platform or any affiliated platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by ku44's support team may result in the immediate suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed. Any winnings generated by an underage Player are void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the ku44 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

ku44 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.

ku44 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

All financial transactions on the ku44 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳BDT). The platform does not charge Players fees on standard deposits made via supported local payment methods; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges for which ku44 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods on the ku44 platform include:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500; standard confirmation time under 30 seconds.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500; standard confirmation time under 30 seconds.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — minimum deposit ৳500.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500.
• Visa / Mastercard — subject to card issuer availability; minimum deposit ৳1,000.

Deposited funds are credited to your ৳BDT wallet upon confirmed receipt by ku44's payment system. ku44 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, network outages, or any third-party processing infrastructure. In the event that a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your ku44 wallet within one hour, you must contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money ৳BDT balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by ku44's finance team.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted and approved before 10:00 PM BST are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST will be processed the following day.
• KYC requirement: ku44 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Wagering requirement on bonuses: Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements are freely withdrawable.

ku44 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

ku44 offers promotions including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer and are governed by the general principles set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available exclusively to Players who have completed the registration process and met any stated eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum deposit amount, payment method, player status).
• Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, and per payment method account. ku44 will not grant a second welcome bonus to any Player found to have previously claimed one under a different account.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Upon expiry, both the bonus credit and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• ku44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including after a bonus has been issued, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one active promotion may apply to a Player's Account at any given time unless otherwise specified.

All bets placed on the ku44 sportsbook and casino products are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each product interface, in addition to the following general provisions:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the platform displays an explicit confirmation message and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's wallet balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific betting product explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature and the Player exercises it within the available window.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ku44 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any required verification checks.

Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, chargeback abuse, or serious Terms violations will have all balances forfeited without recourse.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.

All content on the ku44 platform — including but not limited to the ku44 brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ku44 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:
